1. What we collect

When you use SingURLs, we collect:

• Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
• Session data: authentication tokens, stored as httpOnly cookies, used to keep you signed in.
• Usage and billing data: your subscription plan, credit balance and history, and the generations and advisor-chat messages you create within a project.
• Payment data: handled entirely by our payment processor — we do not receive or store your card or bank details.
• Basic technical data: IP address, browser/device information, and request logs, retained only as needed for security, abuse prevention, and debugging.

2. How we use it

We use this data to:

• Operate your account, authenticate you, and enforce credit limits.
• Generate the AI content you request.
• Process subscription billing and send related notices.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and debug issues.
• Improve the Service using anonymized, aggregated usage patterns.

3. AI processing and third parties

When you request a Generation or use the advisor chat, the relevant prompt content — including project context you've built up — is sent to a third-party AI provider (such as Anthropic or Groq) to produce the response. These providers process that content under their own terms and do not receive your account credentials.

We also share data, only as necessary, with:

• Our payment processor, to manage your subscription and process payment.
• Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in (authentication tokens). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Data retention

We retain account and project data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it (for example, billing records) for legal or accounting reasons.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can manage most account data directly from your dashboard, or contact us using the details below.

7. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
