Takedown Requests
Last updated: August 6, 2026
Requesting a review or removal
SingURLs only catalogs products after confirming they're genuinely discontinued — not just a single bad day. Even so, we know listings can be wrong: a product may have relaunched, a domain may have changed hands, or details we captured may be inaccurate.
If you are the owner, operator, or an authorized representative of a listed product — or the current owner of a listed domain — you can request that we review or remove a listing.
How to request one
Email takedown@singurls.com with:
- The domain or listing URL in question.
- Your relationship to the product (owner, representative, current domain holder, etc.).
- The reason for the request (e.g. the product is active again, factual inaccuracy, privacy or trademark concern).
- Any supporting evidence (e.g. a link showing the product is live).
What happens next
We review every request in good faith and aim to respond within 5 business days. If a product is verifiably active again, we correct or remove the listing. For other requests, we evaluate them individually — accurate, factual cataloging of a genuinely discontinued product is not by itself grounds for removal, but we take legitimate privacy, trademark, and accuracy concerns seriously.
Opting a domain out entirely
If you'd like to prevent us from checking a domain you control in the future, regardless of the outcome of a takedown request, see our Bot Policy for how to opt out via robots.txt.
