Where we are

The catalog is built by continuously tracking products from across the web — startups, SaaS tools, apps, and side projects — and confirming which ones are genuinely gone. For any listed product, the AI advisor can hold a free-form conversation, generate a specific deliverable, or run the full Build Startup workflow end to end.

What we're building next

Wider coverage. Continuously expanding what we track so fewer genuinely discontinued products slip past unnoticed.

Deeper Build Startup deliverables. More artifact types feeding the workflow — technical specs, go-to-market plans, and more — beyond what it covers today.

Sharper originality checks. Stronger automated guardrails so every generated idea is actually checked against the product that inspired it, not just instructed to differ.

Better verification. Continuing to refine how we confirm a product is truly gone, so the "Discontinued" status stays reliable as the catalog grows.

This is a working list of direction, not a committed release schedule — features here may change, reorder, or take longer than expected. We'd rather tell you honestly where we're headed than promise dates we can't guarantee.
