Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using SingURLs (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

SingURLs catalogs discontinued web products and, for registered users, generates original startup ideas, planning documents, and other AI-assisted deliverables ("Generations") inspired by — but never copying or reviving — a cataloged product. Every Generation is produced by a third-party AI model and is provided for research, brainstorming, and educational purposes only.

Generations are not business, legal, financial, or investment advice, and we make no guarantee of their accuracy, originality relative to third parties outside our own catalog, commercial viability, or fitness for any purpose. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any idea, market claim, or plan before acting on it, including for trademark, patent, and other intellectual-property clearance.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for all activity under it. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credits, plans, and billing

Generations are metered by a credit system. Free accounts receive a limited monthly credit allowance; paid plans grant a larger allowance for a recurring subscription fee, billed through our payment processor. Prices, credit allowances, and plan features are shown on our Pricing page and may change with notice.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and unused credits do not carry over or convert to a refund except where required by law. Fees are generally non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to build, market, or represent a product as a clone, replica, or revival of a cataloged product, its name, or its branding.
• Scrape, bulk-extract, or reverse-engineer the catalog or the Service beyond normal, individual use.
• Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that impersonates a real person, company, or the original product being cataloged.
• Attempt to circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or access controls.
• Use automated means to access the Service except through any publicly documented API we provide.

6. Third-party product references and trademarks

The catalog references the names, descriptions, and former existence of third-party products that are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by SingURLs. Any trademarks, service marks, or trade names appearing in the catalog belong to their respective (in most cases, former) owners and are used solely to factually identify a discontinued product, under fair use / nominative use principles. 7. Your content and Generations

You own the Generations you create, subject to the rights of any underlying third-party AI provider and to Section 6 above. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to operate and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of your account content.

8. Disclaimers

The Service and all Generations are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that catalog data (including a product's status, category, or discontinuation) is complete or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SingURLs and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any Generation, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or the Bot Policy, or to comply with a valid legal request.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different governing law is required by mandatory consumer-protection rules in your jurisdiction.
